  19. What you failed to mention is what caused it, especially the dropping birthrate. It is a lack of good employment, and that can be laid at the Western governments turning a blind eye to offshoring manufacturing. If you have a large population, with hardly any well-paying employment opportunities, families will not have children over it. Thus, a dropping population, and low-paying jobs leads to lower tax revenues, thus, the trouble you're in now.

The southern states, in the US, wanted to abolish it exactly as England did, but Congress refused to refund the holder's debts, which would have bankrupted the planters or holders if the slaves were simply "freed." The holders had taken huge loans from the cotton mills in places like New York to buy them. England paid their holders what they had invested, and went on about their business, where the slaves were freed.

  32.  @lorrainenichol5607  What I know is, the temps were shown to be stable going back to 1900, according to the document. 2012-14 is when it starts, and oddly enough, they dropped back to normal in 2024, which is where the document ends. It makes one wonder how they magically rose up.
