I have a US Gov document, which shows the average temperatures from about 1900 until today. Tell me why it was, that in 2014, they show the temperature magically rising about three degrees and staying there.

@lorrainenichol5607 What I know is, the temps were shown to be stable going back to 1900, according to the document. 2012-14 is when it starts, and oddly enough, they dropped back to normal in 2024, which is where the document ends. It makes one wonder how they magically rose up.
