When you know that those of that pol. ideology have always made their lives about trying to make the most money from the very least amount of work, which means sloth, scams, the con, larceny, and corruption, then nothing surprises you. The Soviet Union was a great example, where the high party members had private stores for luxury goods, and lived like kings, while everyone else, starved. It was a system based upon thuggery and larceny.
