@tyrellthiel2201 The internationalists are insidious in the use of words, changing their old words to different ones to hide who they are.
In this case, it goes back to a 2009 lecture done by a Harvard professor of law, who had earlier prosecuted a man for child abuse at a boy's home. What he tried to do, though, was have the court indict everyone that knew, but said nothing. It is the socialist's same old attack on individualism, and individual responsibility. Of course, the judge threw that out, and rightly so, only prosecuting the man who molested the boy.
This same Harvard professor started the push for "institutional corruption." He means the collective us, the white European race, or worse, the entire population, regardless of ethnicity. "Institutional racism" grew from this very source. They blame everyone for what one or a few might be guilty of. This insidious socialist ideology led to the genocides in revolutionary France, the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, etc.
If it is institutional to them, they intend on making all of the public pay for what a few internationalists have corruptly done around the world. This idea was discussed with glee at Davos.
