  1. Western corporations designed China's digital surveillance system, and what became their ID system. They were the west's test bed to see if it would work. Digital currency as well, and if the truth was known, I'd bet that the western governments were behind Bitcoin as a test for their own currency. It was similar to what Tor was, a government program used to spy on those wishing to keep hidden.
