  2. This has been hidden within the elite of society for many long years, where they were once called the Dandies and Macaroni. They've just now reemerged from the closet, especially under Obama. These people, all libertines, were out in the open before Victoria took the throne, but they swept their actions under the rug under her reign, only to start reemerging in the nineteen sixties until now. Notice the upturn of their lot in politics after several were exposed, where they "came out of the closet." Now, they're trying to normalize it, and create a libertine society.
