The sad thing is, art is how socialism wiggled its way into post-secondary education in the major schools, as it started with the Decadent Movement, and the following types of art such as cubism after that, which were designed to make art grotesque. To them, it's about tearing down the old order to bring in socialism. It's essentially, the long march. Peggy Guggenheim's museum in Venice is an example of all this art, and the museum was dedicated to tearing down society. It affected architecture as well, with the brutalist style.
