  1. The western governments are "devolving" now, and this is exactly what the globalists want. There are several required aspects to a functioning government and society, and they are moving to destroy those so that private corporations can take control. The governments wish to place their power, more and more, into SOEs and Quangos. I know of post-secondary scholars that have warned about this since the early seventies and have lectured about it to their students. They also warned of Marxism (really, Socialism) becoming a "secular religion" with the fall of orthodox religion. Religion is one aspect of a functional society.
