  1. This has been creeping forward in the C of E since the early 1800s, believe it or not. It didn't make it to the US, though, until the late 1800s, and it's been brewing not just in the church, but in their universities and theological schools, for years. That would be Christian Socialism and the Social Gospel. That was what birthed progressivism, and the C of E was not alone. Other Protestant churches were pushing it, and the RCC began when Leo XIII became the pope. I guess, after both churches were outed over their perversion, they've now decided to pull off their masks, and show their real selves.
