  1. It's the same type of scam that started back in the fifties, run by Caribbean immigrants and apparatchiks in NYC, for, you guessed it, the party in mention. Those of us that are old enough remember what occurred in the late fifties, sixties, and seventies. Their tactics and scams are no different today, and one can spot them a mile off. Believe it or not, what is happening now is tame to what occurred back then. Read about Watts in the 1960s.
