  1. I had a Filipino doctor for years, but he trained in Manila at a university and hospital connected to the US military. It was a Catholic uni, and he was a staunch Catholic himself. He came here through the VA.

You'll know you're screwed, when the sheepskin on the physician's wall says they graduated from Uhgabundu U, which has a street address that can't be found on Google Maps, and their mailing address is a PO box. Worse, the physician enters your room, and has a chicken bone stuck through their nose, where they start shaking a talisman at you while chanting something you can't decipher.
