  1. If I remember my history correctly, wasn't Wales the roots of what became socialist utopianism, and the birthplace of Robert Owen? I also remember studying something about a certain defrocked protestant vicar who spread it throughout Britain, and one later spread it into France before their revolution. He preached before the the Jacobins. Now, it seems that there are "Committees of Public Safety" springing up within governments everywhere.
