However, most of the blame actually lays within the two major parties, and in the gov with those that it employs. It was they that brought both govs into certain treaties and agreements, which are destroying both nations, and the roots of it can be traced back to the end of WWII. Western nations do not use five-year plans, they plan for the long haul, such as what they will work toward over fifty to one hundred years. All of this, which we're witnessing now, can be traced back to the Nixon Admin, when the G5 was formed, the EPA was founded, and the first Earth Summit was held at Stockholm. That was the early seventies, fifty years ago.
