The D Party will wait for their instructions from a huge townhouse at Park Ave. in NYC, (the old Rockefeller building and home) in the Upper East Side, where their major donors run money to them through Schumer in the Senate. Think Blackstone (Schwarzman), and the Koch brothers, etc. This has become so rotten, that a documentary was made about it titled: "Park Avenue: Money, Power and the American Dream (Documentary)."
