What political groups did Western Intel fund and work with, shortly after WWII in Eastern Europe and elsewhere, to “fight communism?” When Yeltsin was president, the West claimed to be their friends, and then Putin came in, where he called the oligarchs into a meeting, and told them that Russian money would no longer be leaving Russia for the Western states. That was when the West declared them evil, again. If you're British, you remember a certain oligarch that fled to Britain, and ended up dead. Others fled to the US and Britain as well.
