  2. It's the permanent gov following the plans and ideas first laid out in 1941, when Churchill and FDR signed the first Atlantic Charter. Churchill was tricked about the colonies, which was what triggered losing them with the formation of the UN. In the US, only two presidents have stood against the UN, which had its roots in signing that document, and they were Reagan and Trump, who defunded it, and did their best to throw a wrench into its gears. All the rest of the Republican and Democrat presidents pushed the agenda forward. I'll bet the same happened in the UK. The Cold War held the UN's plans up, but when the Soviet Union fell, it began quickly implementing what we're witnessing now. Worse, many new nations joined that despise the US and UK, and they now control the UN.
