  2. What is a cutout? According to Websters: "an intermediary in a clandestine operation." They're similar to a recruited agent, who is not employed by the gov, and who acts as an intermediary between a gov and a private operation or scheme. It's very similar to a protected informant, but a cutout actually arranges and fixes, as a "fixer," matters, so the gov's hands stays clean.

  3.  @jamesmorrow1646  Casablancas doesn't equate Trump to JE and himself, though, and what they were accused of doing. Dating younger but legally-aged women is a totally different thing, and Trump admits he did date grown legally-aged women, supermodels, who were younger than he. One might put him in the same spot as a sugar daddy, but not much else. I prefer hard evidence, not guilt by association, which came out in the court cases and trials. The girls from JE's operation never mentioned Trump messing with them, especially Virginia, who was the reason behind Trump banning JE from Mar-a-Lago. Virginia and her father both worked at his club, and Trump gave evidence about what happened to the authorities.

  4.  @Sandwich13455  There are certain law firms that act as cutouts, which provide private investigation and security services for hire, and set up arrangements. Many of them are run by ex-gov employees, especially retirees. I'm wondering why it has taken this long for the public to begin adding two and two together.

  5.  @cozzie4ra  I know why 45 was connected, and I won't say it on here, but I'll hint at it. He acquired a PI firm along with his purchase of the Atlantis in the Bahamas. He owned it for close to two years before he sold it. Let's just say that Uncle Sam may have asked him for favors in the past.
