  1. There have been multiple suits from the states, and the states have come out the winner. New York City will end up going down in flames, much like Portland, LA, and SF. The flyover states and those in the south, are the ones that are still "free" so to speak. This is the ugly real face of federalism, and its supporters are within the states with the major urban areas. Federalism is also what Europe imported, which Merkel was so fond of, as the G7 wants a transatlantic union.
