  1. I wouldn't call it the "WHO power grab," but I would call it the UN power grab. It is the UN as a whole, and their planning, which has been going on since the first Earth Summit was held in Stockholm during Nixon in 1972. Nixon, himself, was a crank environmentalist, and is considered the first Neocon president. That was where the push for globalism started, and it has strong ties to International Socialism and Trotsky.
