The organization that started most of this, which was founded to rebuild Europe after WWII, and distribute the Marshall Plan cash, located in Paris, is mainly funded by the US and UK out of the many nations that belong. They're also who infiltrated the UN and began pulling its strings. When the rebuilding was complete, this organization was supposed to pack up and desist, but no, they kept it going by inventing a new enemy, and setting their sights on controlling the world. The people behind it have been labeled as both Neo-Malthusians and Socialists. O E C D
