@blueband8114 In the US, it's money coming out of the State Dept. The UN acts as a launderer. It's not only the US, but the G7 nations. The UK would be funding it through the Department for International Development and the Foreign Office. From the UNA-UK: "Which parts of the UK government work with the UN? " "Various government departments work with the United Nations, from the Department of Energy and Climate Change, which is involved in negotiations on a global climate agreement, to the Department for Business, Skills and Innovation, which has a role in regulating arms transfers under the international Arms Trade Treaty that the UK helped to secure." Climate change is behind the movement.
