However, what this is can be traced back to the founding of Pan Am, with the US/UK relationship of stopping Germany's advance into South and Central America. Another new nation, and I'm sure you know which one, comes out of it at the end of WWII, thus the three-nation triangle. With the third, it starts with covert arms shipments, and after their state's founding, their intel service working with the US and UK. They really become the third arm in the "special relationship."
