  1. There's only one group that has traditionally called everyone that didn't agree with them Nazis, and they are the Socialists. The socialists were doing the same thing, in the US, when the HCUA was running, and especially when the hearing was held in San Francisco. History matters, which is why they want you to forget it.

  2. This same overreach, which started under John Marshall in the SC during Adams, I believe, was partly what led to the Civil War. The Tariff of Abominations, along with a multitude of other things, including said overreach, led to the nullification crisis, and secession.
