So, they legalized murder. Any physician that does this should not only lose their license to practice but should be jailed for murder.

@sidecharacter7165 If I was a State AG from any of the other 49 states, and one of my citizens traveled there to have this done, I would try my best to prosecute both the mother and physician. I'd have the physician extradited on a murder charge for murdering the child, which would be a healthy but unborn citizen from my state. If one or more states passed stricter laws considering this murder, then that would help to freeze this in its tracks, as the physicians would always be worried about being charged in another state over women crossing a state line, and lying about where they're from.

I'm of the opinion of that of a physician I know from the Philippines, who said life starts when the cell first divides. He was against any abortion, and he was a practicing Catholic. I can only see early-term if the mother has a medical history that could lead to her death if it is allowed to continue. There are too many people willing to adopt, and the state governments could do more to see that any unwanted children are reared in proper and modern orphanages or families if they would. However, just like always, it's about money.
