  3. In the US, we just began running them over, especially after a death occurred in an ambulance. That stopped them pretty quick. Notice, that in the US, these actions only occur within hard left-leaning cities, where the police have been pretty much neutered. They know better than to try it in the red states and in the majority of their cities. In the red cities, they find the billy, mace, and boot.
