If it's the same studios, producers, directors, and scriptwriters, then nothing will change as the wokery will come with them. Of course, Houston and Austin, both C40 cities, won't mind that at all. No, the only cure is to see Hollywood, in its entirety, completely fall. It will take new studios, producers, directors, and scriptwriters not associated with wokery to ever make a comeback and be profitable with the public.

They shout out several isms and phobias to be honest, which are all fabricated and designed to paint anyone capable of critical thinking, who are skeptical about their beliefs, in a bad light, because they know they'll lose the argument.
It all centers around the Chicago School of Economics, and what they called "disaster capitalism," and "shock therapy," where they took advantage of disasters to make a fortune, as well as crony capitalism, and state capitalism. These are the people demanding open borders, free trade / free market, zero corporate regulations, pander to the major banks, and promote state involvement with corporations. It's all about lining the politicians pockets via the "revolving door," and enriching a handful of billionaires, especially in the tech industry.
They would love to force us all into a kibbutz.

I just read an article about fast charging in the supplemental magazine called Battery Electrification Technology, where it stated that to obtain a 10-minute full charge, it required a 500 ampere charger. Now, how many of those do you suppose will be set about, and where will all of that power come from, as a battery bank is about 29 volts, so multiply that times 500, and that's 14.5 kilowatts. Now, place several of these chargers together, say four for a station, and that's 58 kilowatts. That's the power consumed by a very large radio station such as the VOA.

What will happen, if the DOJ does not root out the corruption, and prosecute those such as Hillary Clinton, and the other corrupt government officials who have clearly broken the law, as they prosecute common citizens, is that the courts will find it hard to find any jury that will not start nullifying every federal case. The DOJ and the FBI must have the respect and trust of the people, for the courts to work, and if they do not, I can see jury nullification coming into vogue, en masse, across the US. The DOJ needs to realize, that the citizens are not ignorant of the right of jury nullification, even though the courts will not inform the jurors about it.

Rafael Verdejo Seeing that this has been occurring since the 1950s, under every president, and under both political parties, your argument doesn't hold much water. Obama merely took what GW Bush initiated, and made it grow. They took what was handed to them, beforehand, and kept it up. All of it from the same macroeconomic planning, from Chicago (Friedman, et al) after Nixon. They're all in on it. The revolving door of DC.
This globalist scheme was all planned after the Atlantic Charter was agreed to, and the Atlantic Council was formed; working directly with the UN. They switched to Friedman's economic methods during Nixon, and it grew with each successive president; regardless of party.
Their first meeting was held in 1972, at Stockholm, and it was disguised as an "Earth Summit." Look up the Wikipedia article: Earth Summits.

Priebus is correct, in that Trump can not prosecute, but the AG can, and the FBI can investigate. Trump will not stop them.
I actually fill sorry for the Saucier family, as did the Judge who had to sentence her son. However, the Judge upheld the law, whereas Lynch spat upon it. Comey can not prosecute anyone, and his words do not matter. Nobody seemed to have noticed, but Lynch could have taken the findings of the investigation, and gave that to a Grand Jury. She refused to do so and stayed quiet. Lynch is the only one who can decide whether to prosecute, not Comey. Comey can state that there will be no prosecution until he is blue in the face, yet there still be one. Comey is the investigative arm, not the prosecutorial. Lynch is, in effect, Comey's boss.
My guess is one of two things. When Trump is sworn in, Hillary will be indicted, or she will not, and Trump will pardon Saucier's son, along with a handful of others. The pardon will expunge his record. Either needs done right after January 20th.

Jill first claimed that she had "experts", who stated that the Russians hacked the machines. Funnily enough, it was announced that the NSA watched for that during the night before, and the day of the election. Michigan told her they used punch cards, not electronic voting, after she named them as being one of the states those experts mentioned. The FBI just stated that Russia had no role in that or Trump. Stein then announced that she had no proof, after she started collecting money, but then later claimed there was proof again. She can not tell the truth, it is not in her. Stein is a fraud, and now people are seeing her for what she is, especially after the Green Party has been tweeting about pulling away from her. They want no ties to Hillary or Jill now.

Well, if the so-called student, (if there was one who actually complained), and the professor, must not want the universities campus police around either. Funny, isn't it, how one who is taking classes offends someone, but they're not offended by the university police? These are Marxists for you, and those who worry more about someones hurt feelings than the law or law enforcement. I would have loved to have seen the professors face, when the campus police told him that they would not do a damn thing. I bet he looked like someone hit him in the arse with a sour apple. If the university tries to ban him from attending, I would own Loyola over it. A Jesuit Catholic university with Marxist professors, go figure. I'll bet the new pope just loves them.

I was waiting for this, and knew that those within the BLM would claim this. I hate to tell them, but there were many eyewitnesses to the shooting, and it was righteous. The members of the BLM are the racists, bigots, and a terrorist group, who love to call everybody else what they truly are, if they do not agree with them. They are being sued right now, by the police within the US, along with their funders, founders, and several political people.

There are no automatic weapons in the hands of these shooters. The only people who use automatic weapons are the military, and those who have to fill out a form, and pay a special tax, to receive a permit to own an automatic firearm, and those who own them do not use them like this. You are put on a list, and the BATFE keeps an eye on you. What the killer used, was a semi-auto, not full, which is the same thing as a semi-auto hunting rifle. Because an AR-15 looks differently, does not make it different in action to a semi-auto hunting rifle. This is an attempt, by the left, to outlaw all semi-auto firearms. They've tried it many times in the past. Stop the mentally ill from having access to firearms.

Those who think that they might agree with the left about taking firearms away, might ought to read the words of the Patriot, Tench Coxe, about why we have the 2nd Amendment.
"As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private arms." (Tench Coxe in âRemarks on the First Part of the Amendments to the Federal Constitution' under the Pseudonym âA Pennsylvanian' in the Philadelphia Federal Gazette, June 18, 1789 at 2 col. 1)
"Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American.... [T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." (Tench Coxe, The Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788.)

When physicians claim that an opioid works no better than Tylenol, ask yourself, how many have tried Tylenol for an abscessed tooth, which did not work, and a Dentist had to prescribe Tylenol with Codeine, in order to relieve the moderately severe pain, while they were treated for the infection? Also, palliative care covers more than cancer, especially certain bone and nervous system disorders, which are inoperable, and can only be treated with narcotics. Sadly, there are some physicians who would allow someone to suffer, because they do not want to write a prescription for fear of the DEA. It would be fair to show two physicians on either side of the debate, especially if one is a pain specialist. Pain is relative, and no physician can tell if someone has an addictive personality when they present themselves to be examined. They are placing too much blame on physicians, instead of the drug pushers and gangs.
This country has a culture of young adults, who have been allowed to do anything that they wish, with no repercussions, especially experimenting with drugs. They end up on harder drugs to chase that dragon (high), in order to forget the shitty socialist life that their parents are bestowing on them. They are causing those who need pain treatment to do without. Prescriptions for narcotics have been down for a good while. It is the left's open borders allowing those illegal drugs to flow in, that caused the majority of it. Yes, there are some pill mills, but there are not as many as there used to be, by a long shot.

J King: You might want to brush up on your history, as Socialism is the root of Communism. You'll also find that Socinianism, a religious sect, is the root of Socialism, and it began in the heretical and radical Protestant religious movements of Eastern Europe in the 1400s. Socinianism, which was in the first established Protestant schools, bled into the Catholic controlled schools, and it was named Socialism. That is what Kant, and eventually, Hegel, believed, and taught Karl Marx.
The entire Roosevelt family, from Clinton to Theodore, and to Franklin, were Marxist supporters. Marx, himself, wrote about Socialism being their roots, and their in.

"should we just let people who don't want health insurance die"? It is not the obligation of one family or person to be responsible for another's health, so if they die, it is on their own shoulders. Why should any free man be forced to pay into something for the health of another? Furthermore, why should someone be forced to pay for insurance, if they don't want it? Where did personal responsibility go?
Besides that, it was a myth that a sick person could not be seen and treated at a hospital. That was what the Hill-Burton plan was for. Any hospital, who was a part of that federal plan, had to accept someone sick, and they were reimbursed.
Obamacare was set up for one thing, to bring in socialized medicine, and destroy private insurance, which the left admitted to. Beforehand, it was the person or families responsibility to insure themselves, and not that of others.
It may sound cold, but I am only responsible for myself, my children, wife, and immediate family. If others die, that is on them.

Everyone, within engineering departments, saw this coming years ago, when files were placed on computers accessible by the internet. We scanned all the old prints, and added them with the CAD files. When prints were only to be found in flat files, and test data locked within vaults and file cabinets, was it secure. Now, even on a secure network, if someone internally can gain access, everything can be placed on a thumb drive, or on an external hard drive, capable of holding several terabytes, which will fit into a jacket pocket, and can be slipped it out. I have a 1 TB external now, that is the size of a pocket calculator, and several small thumb drives. We have made it exceptionally easy for people to spy on us, because we are lazy, and want convenience.

Leftists will never blame the person responsible, because if they did, they would have to blame themselves for being complete idiots. The shooter was a leftist Bernie Sanders psychopath. We've seen it in this instance, where they blame the victims. Worse, they're dumb enough to think that a criminal will not obtain a firearm, even if the public gave them up. The truth of the matter, about why we have the 2nd Amendment, can be found in the writing of Tench Coxe. In Coxe's writing, (1788-89), you will find out why the left wants to rid us of firearms, since Coxe knew that the left would one day try it.

When the left calls those on the right, white supremacists, white privileged, fascists, and Nazis, that is hate speech and lies. The 1st Amendment protects the speech of anyone, as long as they do not take action after their words, or those words to do incite rebellion, and the words are truthful. The only thing that limits free speech are insurrection, sedition, libel, and slander (defamation of character) laws. Thus, Facebook would be guilty of allowing these four laws to be broken, by leftists, who are speaking about destroying the US Government, lying about the people on the right, and lying about white people in particular. Allowing antisemitic and anti-Christian rhetoric is even worse, which puts the left in the same boat as the Nazis and fascists.

That's what Alinsky was fond of doing in order to hide what he truly was. He tried to distract people from labeling him, but he pretty much admitted to everything in Playboy and in his own writing. Alinsky had deep ties to the Communist Party within the US, and claimed to be friends with those such as Frank Marshall Davis (who some think was Obama's real father), and the professors who came here from the Frankfurt School. Plus, we can't forget two of his prodigy, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. Hillary Clinton idolized Alinsky. Two others were Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven. Alinsky taught Piven, before she ended up at Columbia U.
During Alinsky's time was when the crackdown on communism was taking place, and many true communists denied their involvement. When the Venona Papers came out, many names were outed, even Robert Oppenheimer. At that, only about 5% of those papers were ever deciphered.
After studying Joe McCarthy, I found that the left did their best to vilify the man, because they had been infiltrated. I have heard many try to claim that McCarthy started the House Un-American Activities Committee, when in fact, it was a Democrat who stated it before him. After the Venona Papers came out, it was found that McCarthy was actually correct in most cases, that he had missed many, and some of those consisted of his accusers. During FDR's time in office, names of people in the White House came up in those papers, and the State Dept. was loaded full of them.
One of the communist's tricks was to always deny any involvement, and try to label their enemies as something derogatory, such as racists, bigots, etc. Alinsky, of course, wrote about how to do this very thing in Rules for Radicals. When I hear people, especially in government, try to claim that communism is dead, or that it no longer exists, they are either extremely naive, or trying to cover it up. China is still communist, along with North Korea, and Russia has it hid away within its government yet. In my opinion, Germany has them within, now, along with the EU. Nigel Farage outed a few during his speeches.

larry gressett: I'd say that you're close on that number, (It was 14 mil. in Jan.), after Trump ordered the fine dropped, and people stopped paying into it. What the left does, first, is to lie about the number enrolled, (such as Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi). They then fail to tell everyone, that out of those fourteen million, in January, 84% were given the "gift" of Medicaid. Below is an article from the Daily Signal about it, from January this year.
http://dailysignal.com/2017/01/13/why-obamacares-20-million-number-is-fake/
When one sees somebody protesting the stoppage of a program, which people have to pay for, then there's is more behind it than saving other's lives. It generally means, that they were one of those 84%, probably at little to no cost, and that they're afraid of losing it. That, or they're leftist shills, paid to write what they do.

Steve Lusk
I have noticed on several websites pertaining to law, including websites such as Cornell University, that they have added the word "expression" in the title, which in reality is a lie. The 1st Amendment (Article the 3rd) in the original Bill of Rights document, does not have the word, expression, anywhere in it, thus freedom of expression is not a right granted by the Bill of Rights as many try to claim. Speech, religion, and the written word are three forms of expression, but the right to any type of expression is not protected. Texas v. Johnson and U.S. v. Eichman in 1989 and 1990, are due to liberal Judges, and was what made burning the flag protected as "symbolic speech", and they still try to call it an expression. I believe that can be easily overturned in court once Scalia is replaced.
Also, it would be a very good amendment to add to the Constitution; stopping any desecration or destruction of any US federal or state flag, symbol, or seal, unless they have been worn out, and only then by certain means.
"The most recent attempt to adopt a flag desecration amendment failed in the United States Senate by one vote on June 27, 2006."
The GOP controls congress now.

bceaser1: There seems to be a group of people, who think that others should be responsible for their well being, and that others should pay for it. When they don't get their way, they then lie about it, as the left is doing now.
Before Obama, we paid for private insurance, and the rates were flexible. We also had a choice about the plan and the company.
The elderly, and the disabled, has Social Security and Medicare, which pays well. I'm on it, as I am retired.
The poor had Medicaid, the Health Department, and the Hospitals, which are a part of Hill-Burton, and they had to take them in and treat them. The Hill-Burton plan paid the cost.
The Veterans have the VA, and if they can afford it, public physicians and hospitals.
That leaves those who were above the poverty level, who could afford basic hospitalization, or they should have been able to. If one worked, many had employer paid health insurance.
It was found that a good amount of the people, who were placed on Medicaid after Obamacare, were already qualified for it, but had never applied for it. 84%, as of January 2017, were on Medicaid.
This tells me that there is a minority, who wants others to fund their insurance, because they don't want to work to pay for the total cost of it, or pay at all. I think that the ones who are complaining, are the same minority who receive it for free, or at little cost, because they raised the minimum income level for those who had to pay. (Young adults working in the service industry, etc). Of course, when you have teachers telling students that capitalism is bad, and that they should take (steal) from the bourgeoisie and rich, this is the entitled crowd we get. They have created a bunch of Bernie Sanders cloned brats.
Why should you or I pay for someone else, who we do not know, or have no familiar ties with, let alone, someone other than our immediate family? One would think that these people have no idea about what personal responsibility is.
2
-
Jamez Jarrett: So, you're jealous of old money then? Jealous of those who did well, and left their money to their children, so they wouldn't have to toil like they did? Yes, it is a deep philosophical question. Why should I pay for you, whom I do not know, and am not related to? If you dropped dead tomorrow, because you failed to take care of yourself, (personal responsibility), I wouldn't know, nor would I particularly care. My family comes first.
The very words you just spouted, were the same words from Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. Mark spouted them, because daddy dearest, a wealthy attorney, cut him off. Engels was wealthy. They both planned to start a political party, and make everyone poor, except those running the government, which would have been them and their cronies at the helm, under the Communist League political party. Their party members, all anarchists, acted the very way that ANTIFA are now. The regressives, wanting to take people back to pre-1600, and put everyone under feudalism. After all, that is what Marxism is, rebranded serfdom. The USSR and Mao's China are two very good examples, along with Venezuela now. The first two murdered more innocent people than the Nazis did during WWII.
Also, it might pay you to know, that the old money is almost gone. It was many years back, as the British aristocracy, who lost everything, were marrying people from the US, who had new money, the nouveau riche. That was people back in the 1920s, and 1930s, who had made it big in the oil industry, etc. Most everyone in the US, are nouveau riche, especially today's Silicon Valley lot. Funnily enough, they're mostly leftists, who borrowed from banks (capitalism), to get there.

@drwerwolfenstein7124 Wait until everyone complaining figures it out that this was all planned, especially by the G7/G20, and that China was the test bed, especially for mass surveillance, and "common disarmament," meaning the common people and small arms.
The UN has that on their website, and it goes all the way back to the Atlantic Charter. It has taken them this long to pull this off, chipping away a little at a time. To hide it, they call it "sustainable development."
Rising costs of gasoline, meat, and lumber? Part of their "sustainable agenda." If you can't afford it, you will have to take something else.
Elizabeth Warren just exposed how they intend on making everything electric, automobiles, trains, etc. Wait for the non-automobile communities to spring up, just like Switzerland.
The world is about to receive a nice big healthy dose of state capitalism, using "disaster capitalism" to do it, and something very akin to fascism. People are too blinded by party politics and fighting to see it, which is exactly what they want.

I think there is something else going on, as this has happened before with the EPA, but vice versa. By sending in the same attorneys, and making the same argument, but this time the judge is ordering them to do so, it absolves Trump of freely releasing them. The tell is that they made the same argument, and didn't try to fight it. This way, the left can't state that Trump's DOJ freely released them, and make a big stink of it. Trump can now say, hey, it wasn't me, blame the Judge, even though Trump wanted them out. They do this type of wrangling in the government, and used a very similar method in the EPA to force rules through, by asking to be sued by environmentalists. Let's set back and watch what happens.

Vican: The US needed the UN, when we started it in 1945, to try to control the radical countries in Europe and elsewhere, by using sanctions in place of war. It bound all participating countries under an international law. The problem, was that the UN was never much good at doing anything, except costing the participating controlling countries a lot of money, as we still had war, where Europe dragged the US into them by agreement. We should have dropped the UN twenty years later, when Vietnam came about, due to France. Lyndon Johnson, a socialist, loved the UN, and he escalated Vietnam into a full war.
The countries in Western Europe, asked the US to go into West Asia for the gas and oil, and of course, there were US oil interest there too. That is why we're in Syria, now, because Assad denied Europe a pipe line running from Qatar to Turkey. The US had became Europe and the UK's big bully on the block, and the US citizens don't care much for doing it any more.
Europe, since WWII, had started using the US as it's army in the Middle-East. Starting in Iran, they toppled an elected leader, who was in bed with Russia, via the CIA, and replaced him with the Shah. That deal was cooked up by the UK with the US. The same countries were behind pitting Iraq against Iran, and asking the US for help in Kuwait. Next, we had Afghanistan, then Iraq, Libya, and finally Syria. It's about oil and natural gas. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Pakistan are involved with the Europeans too. It was all about who controlled that land; those friendly to Europe and the US, or Russia. Russia pulls the strings in Syria, Lebanon, and Iran. They used to in Iraq, and probably still do with many in Afghanistan. Russia has been trying to control the governments in the Middle-East, and thus, the natural resources, since WWII, and Europe, along with the UK, don't have the oil and gas they need.

Let's see. I take it that Puerto Rico has an airport ready and working, with plenty of fuel, that can handle many large freight aircraft, such as a C-130s, for an airlift of supplies, (only about two container's worth per plane, at a time), and at that, they will have trucks ready to load and deliver it across the island to all the people? This, when large ships can haul much more cargo, many times over, but they need open ports, labor, power, operative dock cranes, and trucking, to unload the ships and get it to the people. It sounds to me, that Paul is getting quite daft in his old age, and is trying to lay the aftermath of a hurricane on Trump, because the island isn't capable of receiving the shipments yet.

The US has played the legal route, with the UN, by issuing sanctions to satisfy the nations, which aren't working. That gives the US, by international law, a legal reason to take down NK, by force, if NK continues on down this path. It also shows, that the UN is really toothless, and that China and Russia are rubbing it in the UN's face. The US can not allow radical and rogue nations to obtain nuclear weapons, nor ballistic missiles, which can deliver the weapons to the Americas.

Fred Bloggs: If you notice, those such as the atheist vegan have nothing buts slurs, because they have no platform. The one which they have been promoting at rallies, matches the one that the Communist Party USA has posted. Especially the "tax the rich." It seems that's all they can spit out. One never hears raise the GDP, pay off the national debt, and drop everyone's tax, from them, because that means cutting welfare entitlements to lazy sods.
It is a very dangerous game, that a group of minorities are playing with the rest of the nation, and they are funded by some of the worst people in existence, such as George Soros. We were forewarned of his "purple revolution" before it happened, and sure enough, when Hillary lost, and she finally showed her face, she wore a dress with a purple collar, and Bill wore a purple tie, flagging them to set it off. The protests started that day, and are being paid for by Soros money, and the Communist Party USA. Jeff Sessions just shut down the slush fund that was started, which Obama's DOJ had been using to funnel money into these radical groups, calling them "charities."
Worse, is what they have been teaching in our primary and secondary education, turning out psychologically screwed up, cultural Marxist brats. That is what Common Core was all about, and they became their army.
I know what Soros and company did to your country, and it wasn't pretty. Why some country hasn't taken him out yet, is beyond me, which was the way it used to be done in the 70s and before. France had him, and let him skate, but then, France is almost ran by communists like Soros.

Oh, the truth hurts, does it, well here's more:
In 2010, in a report prepared for the Communist Party's 29th National Convention, several members of the Young Communist League USA wrote;
"Currently, the conditions rarely if ever allow us to run open Communists for office. When members do run for office, it is within the auspices of the Democratic Party. Otherwise, we find ourselves supporting progressive (and in some instances not-so-progressive) Democratic candidates. Despite how much many of us would love to run comrades for office as Communists, we all agree that this is how we currently have to function in this political climate."

LMAO! Yet, The NY mayor complains about spending money elsewhere. I have heard several New York YouTube personalities, well renowned and famous, state that Bill de Blasio is the worst mayor imaginable, and this would explain why. Let the poor starve, and spend money so the lefties can have their therapy dogs, crayons, and safe spaces. Where do they even find a credible shrink to offer this? Has the psychiatric profession gone this far down hill, along with the leftist mentality? I believe de Blasio needs therapy over his mummy issues from his childhood as well. Freud would laugh at the man. How mentally defunct, effeminate, and wussified is the mayor? I'll bet he wears a thong.

Wait for it, as you'll start to hear lefties whine about why a tariff is a bad idea, when we have been doing that for decades on European vehicles. I wonder if people are dumb enough to believe that cars such as BMW and Mercedes are luxury cars in Europe? The reason they cost what they do, in the US, is over a tariff, so that US car manufacturers could sell lower. Now, we have Ford wanting to move everything to Mexico. Nope, I don't think so. If Tesla could put in enough charging stations, especially those who have the quick change batteries, then the US should look at helping to expand them, and let any who wants to go to Mexico suffer. No more bailouts for any company moving out of the US; let them sink, and put on the tariff.
For Ford to claim that this doesn't impact US Jobs, when it will lay off an entire plant, tells me that they do not care to state a bare faced lie to the public.

The burning of the flag is legal according to a court case, not the Constitution nor the Bill of Rights. Burning the flag is not free speech, and the 1st Amendment does not cover all expression, only three types of expression, religion, speech, and the penned word. Speech is per orem, not the action of burning something. Also, burning can be seen as an act that is dangerous, and that is not covered under peaceably to assemble. The word "expression" is not written anywhere within the Bill of Rights. All the rights granted under the 1st Amendment have limits (libel, slander, riot, public endangerment, etc).
After the Supreme Court changes, one may just see the case about flag burning be taken up again.

Below is the law which covers the above, and defines what a domestic terrorist is.
18 U.S. Code § 2331 - Definitions
(5) the term âdomestic terrorismâ means activities thatâ
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intendedâ
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion
If you notice, they only have to appear to be intending to coerce a civilian population. Coercion can be from a teacher or professor to their students (students are members of the civilian population), where they were coerced to protest or riot. There is also the hate crime law in the US below.
18 U.S. Code § 249 - Hate crime acts
(1) Offenses involving actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin.âWhoever, whether or not acting under color of law, willfully causes bodily injury to any person or, through the use of fire, a firearm, a dangerous weapon, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person.
Hate crime definition: "A criminal act motivated by another person's (usually the victim's) race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. Also called a bias crime. Can be a crime committed against a person, property, or society."
Thus, a if teacher or professor teaches bigotry to their students toward those of religion (Christians who they're labeling as bigots, racists, etc), and a student or protester causes bodily harm to one of religion, then the teacher or professor is an accessory to the crime due to coercing them to protest. They may even be guilty over their nationalist claims, by teaching them that nationalism in the US is something bad, then coercing them to protest, since this may fall under national origin (protesting over those who declare themselves a national US citizen, and causing harm to them over it).

There is only one thing that makes work attractive for most, and that is survival. Some do love their jobs, because they are a chosen field, but when compared to the ones who need employment to live, there is a huge divide. The ones who will not stay employed know that a government handout will be waiting. Plus, there is the temporary employment mentality of today.
The socialist power elite thought that they could get rid of manufacturing, and place everyone into the service industry, co-op and communal agriculture, or office jobs, which they considered their "utopia." Moving out manufacturing was due to the greed of the socialist power elite, as they still have that slave labor mentality. That is why they shifted manufacturing to Asia, while preaching the virtues of utopia.
Manufacturing made the USA, but a cabal (the Old Guard faction) led by the Rockefeller family was behind removing it. Many of us still remember the Rockefeller visits to China, along with Henry Kissinger, as well as their praise of Mao. That, and you still have young minds being brainwashed by the likes of socialist churches (Unitarianism/reformed), socialist families and schools, as well as the prattle inside trade unions who conspire with the socialist power elite in smoke-filled rooms.
The Old Guard socialist power elite have done everything in their power, by creating laws and regulations, as well as controlling certain trade unions, to make the US unfriendly to manufacturing and labor. The socialist power elite were behind the creation of certain mega-stores, so these stores could peddle their Asian goods upon the public, and shut down main street.
If manufacturers, owned by the socialist power elite, controlled the heads of certain trade unions, and those manufacturers wanted to move their manufacturing to another country, in order to take advantage of what is essentially slave labor, then what would those manufacturers have the unions to do? Give them an excuse? What about controlling politicians and government officials who are at the top of regulatory agencies? That is the Old Guard faction for you, and the public was hoodwinked long ago.

Those that conspired to interfere with an election will only be stopped from doing so again, by using dramatic means leading to dramatic consequences. The GOP has, for too long, tried to act as if they are morally above taking action and getting even. It's time for the GOP to drop their scruples, and to forget about the so-called moral majority, if they actually want to end what is still taking place. When the perps go low, you have to be willing to go even lower, to the point of not just winning, but getting two steps ahead by using any means necessary. The GOP, at one time, led the anti-communist fight, and it's time to grow the gonads needed to do it again.

The NFL players, mainly blacks, may have become the left's tools, but we conservatives hold the purse strings that pay them. Choke off their money, and watch them come under heel. I think it hilarious, when players, who are nothing but entertainers, think that they have any affect on our vote, or what we think. Without the viewers and fans money, they are nothing but ignorant fools acting for the far-left. Of course, having a high IQ was never a requirement for a professional player.

Diana Nolan Who did Comey work for? HSBC, Lockheed Martin, and Bridgewater Associates? What foreign and domestic entities donated to the CF, and what banks were involved? Also, what were in those e-mails, and what happened with Goldman Sachs?
Who flew down to Arkansas in a large white jetliner for an investigation, and who has been looking at things in New York?
When all this took place, where was Comey, Mueller, and Rosenstein employed?
If they were being paid, they wouldn't bite the hand that was feeding them. The revolving door in DC. Corruption in both parties.

Oh, let's see. He was living with a Filipino female, in the same room, who worked for the hotel, and admitted to being at Dubai in the UAE on her Facebook page. The news of which came out before ISIS claimed credit, stating that he had recently been converted. She wasn't there when it happened, as if she did a runner beforehand. Yet, they claim that she isn't a suspect, but she has clear ties to the Middle-East. Let's not forget the radical Islam problem in the Philippines.
You can not purchase a full-auto rifle at a gun show, without having a permit from the government. That was not a semi-auto rifle being fired.
What I also find odd, was that a reporter had just asked Nancy Pelosi about new gun laws, before it happened, and she mentioned silencers, high capacity magazines, and armor piercing bullets. It's the left, who were behind pushing the use of silencers, over noise. The snowflakes don't seem to like noise.

pappy hayes: When it comes to jury nullification, (a juror not agreeing with the law, thus he votes not guilty), I can see it being used, again, over this, but, as a juror, I would only state that I do not believe that the defendant is guilty, regardless of evidence, thus bringing about a hung jury. If they ask why, just state, with a grin, that he doesn't look guilty. I would not admit that I didn't agree with the law.
There have been some courts, who tried to use a jurors oath against them, by not agreeing with the law, and thus, voting not guilty, but they can't do that, if you merely state that you do not believe that the evidence proves that they're guilty. I can see this coming to pass, if the DOJ keeps going down the road it's on. Instead of people avoiding jury duty, they'll jump at the chance to serve, for a federal case, just to annul the case. If a hung jury, or a complete jury, keeps coming back each time, there's not much that the court can do about it. The people used it against the government, long ago, and they can use it again.

How do you stop tyrannical governments, such as in Asia? You use the same strategy that goes back thousands of years, by putting them under siege. However, today, many nations, as allies, band together, and do it economically, by cutting off their money. It's really that simple, and if the public would stop buying their goods, they will collapse, as well as the corporations that promote their behavior. Stop buying, and boycott.

This is what those on Wall Street always state when they lose control of the flow of money. Bitcoin bypasses the banking establishment (Bitcoin is decentralized). The banking establishment doesn't like that at all, as that takes away their power of producing money out of thin air, (credit from fractional reserve lending), and loaning it to the government, via interest-bearing bonds, where the treasury then prints fiat currency (paper currency, "bills," which are an IOU on the government's credit), in the amount of the bonds to be spent by the public.
Bitcoin was created, many say, to put the screws to fractional reserve lending (banks loaning out money that they do not actually have). Fractional reserve lending is how the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Morgan, Schiff, and others made their fortunes, by loaning money that they didn't actually have. Do you see the scam in this? Currently, the banks can loan out ten times more than what they have (their reserves). The control of the flow is what causes inflation or deflation, and by this, the banks control the government.

Every time that you think about all of the industry that left the US for China, which was essentially for slave labor under Communism, and to drag the remaining bit of Asia into the industrial revolution, you can thank three people for that. David Rockefeller, Zbigniew Brzezinski, and Henry Kissinger, as well as their cronies in the CFR.
"The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history."__Obiturary for Communist leader Mao Zedong, (1973), by David Rockefeller in the New York Times
"The interests behind the Bush Administration, such as the CFR, The Trilateral Commission - founded by Brzezinski for David Rockefeller - and the Bilderberger Group, have prepared for and are now moving to implement open world dictatorship within the next five years. They are not fighting against terrorists. They are fighting against citizens." --Dr. Johannes B. Koeppl, Ph.D., former German defense ministry official and advisor to former NATO Secretary General Manfred Werne
"We get a lot of advice from the Council, so this will mean I wonât have as far to go to be told what we should be doing and how we should think about the future."__HRC, July 15th, 2009, at CFR-DC, about the CFR moving into Washington DC.

Except the unions are where it all started, going back to the Chartist uprising in the UK during 1839. Trade unions were at the root of the communist movements in every nation, especially in the old Soviet Union in 1917. In the US, it's well known about their ties to the Longshoreman, etc.: "Persons associated with the CP did, in fact, exercise a good deal of influence in a number of CIO unions in the 1940s, both in the leadership of unions such as the ILWU, UE, Transport Workers Union of America and Fur and Leather Workers and in staff positions in a number of other unions." It's still there, today.

This sounds more like a guarantee that Russia will be repaid for the loans they floated, and refinanced, for Maduro and his government, if Maduro is on his way out, along with his cronies. The loans sure didn't go to aid the health of or to feed the Venezuelan people, well, at least not the public, though Maduro et al looks well fed. While the public is eating dogs and cats, if they can catch them, or out of the garbage, Maduro is eating the best food money can buy. Don't call it cartels, call it what it is, international organized crime. Each syndicate works with the others. Still, in the US, we have the Sicilian, Jewish, Irish, Chinese (Triads), Japanese (Yakuza), and now, Latino (MS-13) mobs, and they work hand in hand with those "cartels" which they either own or control. The Russian mafia falls mainly under the Jewish mob.
The word, cartel, makes the public think that it isn't tied to bad US or other syndicate actors, when it very much is.

Has anyone thought of this; Russia was doing its best to be friendly with Trump, via Papadopoulos, in order to have him drop the sanctions, but Steele claims that it was people high up in the Russian government, who told him the things that was written in the dossier. Manafort was friends with the Russians, along with those in the Ukraine, and he pushed Papadopoulos to travel to Russia for a meeting, which didn't happen in the end. However, the Russian attorney did come to Trump Tower, which Don Jr. admitted to. Here, Don Jr. stated that it was not about dirt on Hillary, like they claimed, but about the sanctions. Don Jr. said it was a wasted 30 minutes. Don Jr. didn't lie, as Papadopoulos did. Now, we find out, that Manafort was friends with the Bush family, and Tony Podesta. Somebody is lying, and it seems that somebody has been working to bring down Trump for a good while. It makes one wonder if those Russians of Steele's even exist.

To understand the truth about what has been rising, now, for over a hundred years, it all goes back to two sets of immigrants, the first from Germany, and later, a second set from Eastern Europe. The first set became Republicans, and the second set brought Socialism and Bolshevism here with them, as well as organized crime. Worse, during J Edgar Hoover's time, some, within a certain counterintelligence group, crawled into bed with this second set of immigrants. Now, we witness the slug fest between these two immigrant groups from the Lower East Side of NYC and Manhattan.
.
R = First set.
D = Second set.
Reformed and atheist from Germany against the orthodox from the East.
.
Ask yourself why J. Edgar Hoover refused to admit that organized crime existed for twenty plus years, allowing it to explode, until he was forced to do so. What did John and Bobby know.

There was a book published by the left-wing crackpots, and it was religious in nature, which spoke of unlimited wealth. The book is titled: Healing Our World: The Other Piece Of The Puzzle, by Mary J Ruwart, (1992-93). Below, I quote:
"Wealth Is Unlimited!"
"Wealth is created when we use existing resources in new ways. Since such creativity is virtually limitless, wealth is too!"
They go on to condemn money, even though that is required as the exchange medium, and to create loans, and capital, for businesses to exploit the very resources, in mention.

When Trump told Comey that he "wished" that he could let it go, that Flynn's a good man, makes a huge difference in ordering someone to do so. I do not care what Comey's interpretation was, it's irrelevant, as it all has to do with the president's statement, and that is how any court or attorney will see it. The Democrats can make all the claims that they want, but word structure matters. I've stated many wishes, to many people, and none were meant as an order. Wishing that someone could do something, means that you wish they could, but you know they can't, or you know they wont.

Mr. Obvious The Fifth: You are a complete simpleton. It is about the ideology in the parties. The right has never had thugs, such as your lefts KKK, the Brown Shirts, Black Shirts, the SS, or AntiFa. It was, and still is, the right, who supports Civil Rights. It has always been that way in the US. The Democrats are now controlled by the progressives, whom are card-carrying communists and fellow travelers. You might look at the backgrounds of Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Maxine Waters and John Conyers. They have a rather close past with communists.

Mr. Obvious The Fifth: Yes, they are teams, and the right, the conservative capitalist Republicans, have never had violent thuggish groups under them. Violence has always been from the socialists, from activists, political parties, and trade unions. Socialism, which is what the left is based upon, has always touted violence for a means to an end. It started with the French utopian socialists, to Marx's communists, to Nazism, and Fascism. They are also the majority of the Democratic Party in the US, and have been since the forties. Who do you think are behind making the Black Panthers into a political activist group? The Communist Party USA, and they freely admit it. The only one who is lying, and is in denial, is you.

What good does it do to declassify all of this, if no prosecutions will come of it? From day one, this has been nothing but a circus, with a multitude of promises, and we have had a DOJ who will not prosecute anyone, except five from within the campaign. This is setting an example for the public to never trust this government again, with anything, especially the DOJ. Sadly, I believe I know why, as if anyone is deposed, they will spill the beans on everyone else, in both parties. They all hold "insurance policies."

I wouldn't blame all physicians or dentists for this. A good majority of addicts bought drugs on the street to get high, and became addicted. Most OD's, in reality, now, are from cheap heroin. Drug cartels are also deep into drug diversion, and obtain pharmacy sized bottles of pain killers, which they sell on the streets, such as Oxycontin and Vicodin.
Many physicians refer those who need narcotics to pain specialists now, and if they are true specialists, you go through a range of tests, and therapy, before you are ever placed on a narcotic. You have to genuinely need it at most pain specialists. The DEA is going after the pill mills, and the pharmacies who are tied to them, so it's not like they're not doing their jobs. However, stopping organized crime selling prescription medicine on the street, is a hard matter to police. Then, we look at what came out about the Obama administration allowing Hezbollah to sell drugs into the US, and turning a blind eye to it.

isaiahbruckhaus: I'm sorry to tell you, but a TOS will not save you from a libel suit. Once any company willingly publishes a malicious lie about another entity/person and the public views it, that is libel.

"Traditionally, libel was a tort governed by state law. State courts generally follow the common law of libel, which allows recovery of damages without proof of actual harm. Under the traditional rules of libel, injury is presumed from the fact of publication. However, the U.S. Supreme Court has held that the First Amendment's protection of freedom of expression limits a State's ability to award damages in actions for libel."
"In New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, the Court held that proof of actual malice is required for an award of damages in an action for libel involving public officials or matters of public concern. See New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964). The Court reasoned that speech related to matters of public concern is at the heart of the protections guaranteed by the First Amendment, and outweighs the State's interest in compensating individuals for damage to their reputations. This "actual malice" test created a national judicial standard for whether speech qualifies as libel."
"In Gertz v. Robert Welch, Inc. (1974), the Court refused to extend the New York Times standard to actions for libel involving private individuals even where the matter is of public concern. In Gertz, the Court recognized a strong and legitimate state interest in compensating private individuals for injury to reputation but cautioned that this interest extends no further than compensation for actual injury. The Gertz Court held that within a case regarding a public concern, recovery of presumed or punitive damages is not permitted without a showing of malice. The only exception to this is when the liability is based on a showing of knowledge of falsity or a reckless disregard for the truth."
"In Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. v. Greenmoss Builders, Inc. (1985), the Supreme Court held that in actions for libel involving private individuals and matters of purely private concern, presumed and punitive damages may be awarded on a lesser showing than actual malice. The Court determined that the First Amendment was not violated by permitting recovery of presumed and punitive damages without a showing of malice, as long as the defamatory statements do not involve issues of public concern."

Blessing John Chelliah: Oh, Russia did push some propaganda, especially with having RT and Sputnik in the US now, but it isn't to the extent that the Democrats let on. The Democrats fail to mention, that the US has been pushing propaganda upon the Russians since WWII. We built VOA stations in nations at their borders, so the Russian people could hear US propaganda on the radio, and we published a lot of propaganda that was secretly distributed into Russia. Every country does this, and they fail to mention that. Look at how Britain has been pushing the Democrat's narrative on the BBC. What happened, was that Russia is doing the same to the US, as they did to the Russians, and the Democrats are going into an apoplectic fit about it.
What Russia did, was ask some very embarrassing questions about the Democrats, which the left didn't want to have to answer. Evidently, Hillary and Obama must have pissed off Putin with the "Russian Reset." They reaped what they sowed.

Blessing John Chelliah: You do realize, that Trump increased sanctions, and ordered that money in US banks is to be seized, and that the people named, can not use the banks,? They are the Russians who were named in the Global Magnitsky Act. He also had the Treasury to issue a list of names, in Russia: "CAATSA Reports, Including on Senior Foreign Political Figures and Oligarchs in the Russian Federation," as a warning to what would come, if Russia continued on its path. Also, those selling military equipment to Russia, agreed to quit, according to deals cut with the State Dept. Even the NYT reported this, although they put a huge left-wing slant to it.
The left are overstating the amount that Russia interfered with, or influenced, the election, as it didn't change anyone's minds on the right, who voted for him. As a matter of fact, on the night of the vote, it wasn't the Russians trying to gain access to the state's election servers, but our own government hackers at the NSA, and they were caught in the act. The left and the globalists seem to be wanting a war with Russia, which Trump is trying to avoid. Plus, the left are using that as an excuse to promote the Russian collusion narrative, which didn't happen, as that was invented by Steele and the Democrats, and paid for by the DNC and Hillary. That is the same dossier, which Comey admitted to congress, was pure hogwash. What Flynn did, after the election was over, was legal, as all incoming administrations speak to foreign ambassadors during the transition. What he did wrong, was lying about doing it, to the FBI and Mike Pence. Russia's ambassador wasn't the only foreign dignitary that he spoke to. Obama's team spoke to the same Russians, and other nations, when they was transitioning from Bush. Obama ordered the sanctions at the last minute, along with the unmasking of names, in order to promote the narrative, which was why Flynn told the ambassador to wait until they were in office to look at what was taking place, in order to stop the growing tensions. This will all come out soon.
You're believing too much of the MSM, which are in the Democrat's and Globalist's pocket.

When certain congresspeople, on the left, make an accusation, you can invert it, to find the truth. If Pelosi, Waters, Sherman, Green, or Schumer claim that a Republican is guilty of something, you can bet that they're not. You can also bet that the Democrats are guilty of it, when they make the claim. It is classic projection, which was taught by the likes of Bill Ayers and Saul Alinsky, both "fellow travelers," who used the same methods as the communists did, and today's Neo-Gramscians do.
