  1. Attack prescription meds, when the prescriptions for them have dropped significantly. It is not as much prescription medications causing this, but what they are ignoring, and that is the Mexican heroin, and the Fentanyl, which is also coming from Mexico. Go after the drug pushers and their suppliers. Here in Ohio, they just busted a State Police officer for selling drugs. End the corruption, and look into government involvement.
