  1. You don't create shell companies unless you intend on hiding (laundering) money. If it was all legitimate, all the money would have been deposited into one account, for one established legal company, and taxes would have been paid accordingly. An established legal company has a charter that describes what work it will perform, and it must answer to the board or any stockholders.
