  1. Below is what Clarke is digging at about breaking Federal law, and it is severe. Insurrection: "a violent uprising against an authority or government." Sedition: "conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch." These are high crimes and are serious felonies. 18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection; § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy; § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government.
