  1. There was a book published by the left-wing crackpots, and it was religious in nature, which spoke of unlimited wealth. The book is titled: Healing Our World: The Other Piece Of The Puzzle, by Mary J Ruwart, (1992-93). Below, I quote: "Wealth Is Unlimited!" "Wealth is created when we use existing resources in new ways. Since such creativity is virtually limitless, wealth is too!" They go on to condemn money, even though that is required as the exchange medium, and to create loans, and capital, for businesses to exploit the very resources, in mention.
