  1. The US has played the legal route, with the UN, by issuing sanctions to satisfy the nations, which aren't working. That gives the US, by international law, a legal reason to take down NK, by force, if NK continues on down this path. It also shows, that the UN is really toothless, and that China and Russia are rubbing it in the UN's face. The US can not allow radical and rogue nations to obtain nuclear weapons, nor ballistic missiles, which can deliver the weapons to the Americas.
