  1. Wait for it, as you'll start to hear lefties whine about why a tariff is a bad idea, when we have been doing that for decades on European vehicles. I wonder if people are dumb enough to believe that cars such as BMW and Mercedes are luxury cars in Europe? The reason they cost what they do, in the US, is over a tariff, so that US car manufacturers could sell lower. Now, we have Ford wanting to move everything to Mexico. Nope, I don't think so. If Tesla could put in enough charging stations, especially those who have the quick change batteries, then the US should look at helping to expand them, and let any who wants to go to Mexico suffer. No more bailouts for any company moving out of the US; let them sink, and put on the tariff. For Ford to claim that this doesn't impact US Jobs, when it will lay off an entire plant, tells me that they do not care to state a bare faced lie to the public.
