Also, to assemble, you must have permits, and you can only protest in the areas laid out by the permit. On top of that, Airports do not carry the same civil rights as one has in public, since they are points of entry. 18 U.S. Code § 37 - Violence at international airports. Airports are under Federal jurisdiction.
