Look into its first directors, especially George Brock Chisholm. “To achieve world government,” said Chisholm, “it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas.” How does a nation hide its chem and bio research? Move it from that nation to another? Could several nations be involved in a scheme as a joint project?
