  1. I wouldn't doubt that between this, with refurbishing the old barracks, and even building new prefab dorms (plywood and lumber), they could save money over what they're paying the hotels.

  2.  @poempadgett4664  It's all over the western govs being part of the UN, and a "resettlement agreement" that they agreed to with the UNHCR. About two-million people, now, they claim, needs resettling for asylum. Europe and the Caribbean took the brunt of it, but the UNHCR is looking at "third countries" to place them in.
