  2. More true than people know. Would you believe that the head of their police went to an Oungan before meeting the CIA station chief, right before the US was going to take action under Clinton? He arrived covered from head to toe in a white powder. The Oungan told him that this would protect him from the evil devils from the north.

  3.  @henrybn14ar  That's in Cuba, though it's close to the same thing. It's Vodou in Haiti, which became Voodoo in New Orleans.
