She obtained the trusteeship over what she did while in office. You'll find this with many gov employees and politicos, where they're paid off, or given positions of preference, after leaving. These movements are planned over the long haul, in this case, fifty years in advance, where they slowly and methodically placed their people in positions of power to slowly take over, and then they reward them after they've acted. All of this was beginning to be planned in the sixties, when the OECD (old OEEC) was about to be shut down. This "movement" is how they kept it going.

@phillipliggins1549 It is older, as they took over the OEEC, which was originally there to dish out the Marshall Fund money. This is where the globalist movement started, as the OEEC was supposed to be shut down after Europe was rebuilt, but the globalists wanted to take it global, and that's what they did, with the "third-world nations." They are, as the OECD, which they renamed the OEEC to, responsible for offshoring industry to India and China. It was they that came up with post-Mao China and their economy. All we're now seeing goes back to this.
