My, how they want them to be global, and move away, which is what the author is hinting at, especially since the preceding sentence said: "We do not have a single relation living abroad." Another sentence caught my eye about the author's beliefs, when it said: "Noirin would like to be a yoga instructor..." Yes, the wealthy global citizen who's always traveling abroad, and staying at "all-inclusive" resorts, do like to take yoga classes, and the sentence recommends this new-age occupation for the student. It is pure propaganda.
