It seems that they have their priorities wrong everywhere, including actual criminal apprehension. I recently viewed the video of the Met breaking down a door, even though the suspect inside offered to unlock it, and allow them entrance. It was tied to a drug arrest. The police, wielding a battering ram, asked the man inside to "stand back" while he demolished his door. All this amounts to is their desire to be seen as tough while being recorded. In reality, it made them look like thugs.

@jimmycampbell78 The video I spoke about is on the Mob Reporter's channel on here. The older perp was sort of the leader in a drug racket, but when he tried to let them in, and was polite, mind you, the police, dressed in SWAT gear, couldn't have that. Of course, it was all being recorded by them. When the one with the battering ram shouted out "stand back," I said to myself, you've got to be kidding me.
