  1. To them, it's all about being different from others and "special." Now, California's shrinks know exactly what this points to in the DSM, but I'd say that they won't mention it since they want to be seen as being under the same labels themselves. Really, if they had their way, their profession, and the DSM, would disappear.

  2. Remember the different colored bandanas they show off, which are stuffed in their back pockets? They love labeling themselves, and making themselves seem special. To them, it's all about me, me, me. However, nobody else is allowed to label them, you see. The shrinks, who belong to these same groups in California, know what this points to in the DSM, but they dare not point it out, because it would show that they all have a disorder. Narcissus did love to look at himself in a pool of water, thus, they named a certain disorder after him.
