The very Middle-Eastern state, in mention, was accused of breaking this very agreement under the "United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3379, adopted on 10 November 1975," so it could not be a movement from them. The UN is what brought about anti-colonialism and anti-neocolonialism, as well as the plan of diversifying all nations. All of it is about using diversity to create peace after WWII, and it originates mostly with the UN.
