  2. The question is, where does that "new perspective or set of rules" originate. It's supranational organizations and NGOs working together, in lockstep. One would do well to look into what the Dept. of State and the Foreign Office have been up to, which makes these agreements, and brings them back to the state, which implements them. It would also do everyone well to look at what nations are now controlling these same organizations, since it has changed from what it was just after 1945. As a matter of fact, some are craving a balance of power shift toward the East.

  3. There is a good reason why they're targeting Pres. 45 like they are, as he began the plan to bring down the agreements and nations hinted at in my comment, in 2018. It has always been about protecting the power wielded by the West. It's why Pompeo warned those assembled at the Marshall Fund meeting, during 45's time in office, to not continue on the road they're on.
