  1. It was the governments in the West that forced the banks to keep those dossiers, and to keep an eye on our actions. Of course, stopping crime was their excuse, as always, but those with enough clout are ignored when money is moved about in offshore shell accounts and laundered. We are living in mob-run states in the West.
