  1. The people in office, throughout the West, think that they are, somehow, better educated and above the common people. They think that they know better than the public, and, if questioned, they blow a fuse. The idea of isolating your own nation, and cutting off ties with others over a fear that those nations have control over you, due to supplying you with energy, has led to all this. It's the turtle pulling its head into its shell. That's what they think will stop all wars, but it will only make it much worse.
