The entire reason that they targeted president 45, and it would have been anyone from his party, which would have been elected with his ideology, was his attempt to reverse the "pivot." 46 was "elected," and brought the pivot back with full force. There are a lot of similarities between what occurred, leading up to 1914 Germany, and what is now happening in China.
