@free_boiling4502 I'd look at Costa Rica's role in much of this. They're the hub for many things that's happening down there, and it's corruption galore. Big ties to some in the US, Belgium, the Levant, and the Saudis as well after 1980. There was a huge scandal and law suit against a Costa Rican newspaper over the truth being exposed about who was actually behind much of the mayhem all through Central America, and in Venezuela and Colombia. That reaches out into the Caribbean Islands as well. Believe it or not, some leaders within those nations had declared war on the US, and claimed to be Nazis. Some are now dead or locked up like Carlos Lehder, and he was of German-Colombian heritage. He leads to much of it today.
