Before HIV, there was a lot of heterosexual promiscuous behavior. I remember those days well. However, all it took was one virus to stop that in its tracks in the heterosexual community. No more going to the bar or pub to hook up as easily as dropping a hat. Did some continue it? Yes, a few did. Censorship is used to quash the education of the younger population, where their elders can tell them what those earlier days, before they were born, were really like. That is also so that state-approved education is the only thing they can acquire and learn from.
