  2. This was churned up in the minds of activist attornies, and I'm sad to say, much of it started at Harvard. Attornies and judges with an agenda love twisting words within legal instruments to mean something else when "interpreting the law." That has been the downfall of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights since John Marshall became the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
