  1. What it really boils down to is an insidious idea to use women like men, including taxing them. From at least 1900 on, there were some in several nations that looked to bring down the old order, or as the first head of the WHO supposedly put it later on, to abolish individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas. Chisholm's idea wasn't new, as it can be traced back to the old League of Nations, and to people like J.R. Rees in academia. Both were in early psychiatry, and had government positions. The governments, and some corporations, see women as chattel, just like men, and their claim is that religion and tradition were what really separated the two in the past. To them, the population is nothing but a beast to till the field.
