  1. The UK and Europe are doing their level best to copy the US and follow its lead. Really, it's that simple; the western nations are "Americanizing" and federalizing. It's Atlanticism at its best. Western or European leaders and mainstream political parties are trying to copy that "shining city on a hill" to the best of their abilities.
